Well, I’m starting out the night with an english assignment that I’ve basically warped into me designing a poster for a myth that I’ve created. Because that’s what’s beautiful about your senior year of high school. You can make things work for you. This way, I can get some design practice in while simultaneously avoiding a paper and scoring an A+.
(You don’t really have to wait until senior year, btw.)
Oh what, you’re at school learning and socializing and doing cool stuff in P.E.? Must be nice. I’m at home sick watching BBC America and doing work. It’s not nearly as interesting.

Growing pains, am I right? But seriously, my prayers go out to those of us taking those steps toward our future (whether they be willing steps or us being dragged by our ankles). I’ve got a lot of pals who are having tough times dealing with all of this high school to college stuff. Keep calm and carry on, friends.
To be honest, I’m a bit bitter about summer- dare I say it?- ending. Wait, I mean, it’s not over YET….technically. But let’s be honest, it might as well be. I’ve been in school for almost a month. It’s chilly outside and everybody’s catching colds. And unless the trees in my backyard are also feeling ill, they seem to have gotten the memo that it’s time to go all autumn on everybody. So, their leaves are turning bright orange and eventually falling to the ground. Everybody, unless my trees are passionate nudists, piles of golden leaves all over my back yard is a sure sign of…fall. *queue scary music*
I have a math test, tomorrow. Meh. But, the class is easy so I can’t complain.
